How do I begin working with you?
Please email or call me and we will set up an initial consultation. In this visit I will ask questions to get to know you and your health history better. From there we will take initial measurements, set goals and decide on the best frequency of meetings for you!
How fast can I lose weight?
It would be grand if we could lose weigh over night but the reality (and research) repeatedly tells us that the safest rate to lose weight is to lose between 0.5 to 2 pounds a week. This varies based upon goals and what weight you are beginning your program.
How do we keep in touch through the week?
Accountability is so important! That's why when possible I recommend beginning this journey with a friend. If that's not possible, no worries, I will be here to hold you accountable through the days and weeks ahead! I use various platforms to connect with you virtually - phone calls, text messages, email, MyFitnessPal and an app that allows me to program goals as well as training plans if you choose to do personal training in addition to nutrition coaching!
How much does it cost?
I do offer discounted packages based upon what services you would like to include. A la cart pricing is as follows:
First Session - 1 hour - $150
Weekly Sessions - 30 minutes - $75 per session
Follow Up Phone Sessions after graduating from weekly sessions - 15m - $30 per session
Personal Training - 1 hour = $125
Small Group Training - 1 hour = $30 per person (2 to 4 participants)
Large Group training - 1 hour = $15 per person (5 to 10 participants)
